Technical Concepts & API

What is a User-Agent?

A "User-Agent" is a text string that your browser or email client sends to the server when it requests an image (like our tracking pixel). It tells us what device, operating system, and software you're using (e.g., "Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 14_4 like Mac OS X)"). We use this to build your **Device Charts**.

What is an IP-Address?

An "IP-Address" is a unique numerical label assigned to each device connected to a computer network. JustOpened uses public IP addresses to approximate the geographic location of your recipients. To protect privacy, we only store masked versions of these IPs in your raw data logs.

Can I integrate using an API?

Yes! JustOpened offers a RESTful API for Professional and Business users. You can programmatically create tracking campaigns, retrieve stats, and export raw logs to your own CRM or custom reporting tool.

Is there a mobile app?

Currently, JustOpened is a fully responsive web application. You can access your dashboard and analytics on any mobile browser. We are exploring a dedicated iOS and Android application for real-time push notifications in the future.
