How do I remove certain recipients from my tracked data?

To remove a certain recipient from your tracked data, you add the IP-address of the recipient to your IP-blacklist.

You can access and manage your IP-blacklist globally from the IP-blacklist tab on your My Account page. All IP-addresses that you add there will be excluded from your tracked data across all your active campaigns.

Note: If you disable IP-address tracking entirely in your campaign privacy settings, the IP-blacklist will have no effect, as no IP addresses will be collected to filter against.

Blacklisting directly from Raw Data

You can blacklist IP-addresses directly from the "Raw data" panel in your analytics dashboard. To do this, simply expand the individual data row by clicking the chevron on the left, and press the "Blacklist IP" button.

Afterwards, the system updates your blacklist instantly. You may need to refresh the page to see the changes reflected in your aggregate charts. If you need to know which IP-address belongs to which recipient, we highly recommend using custom data tags when sending.
