So you've embedded the tracking pixel, sent your email, but still see no activity? There could be several reasons why your pixel isn't collecting data:
The most common reason is simply that the recipient hasn't opened the email yet. Double-check for typos in the recipient's address!
Some email clients block images by default for privacy or to save data. If the image isn't loaded, the pixel cannot trigger. Building trust with your recipients is the best way to ensure they enable images.
Emails in the spam folder are rarely opened, and many providers block images automatically for any mail flagged as spam.
Ensure you have copied the Pixel URL or HTML-code exactly as provided. Any modification to the code might prevent the pixel from loading correctly.
If the recipient's IP address (or your own during testing) is added to your account's IP-blacklist, those opens will be filtered out. Check your Blacklist Settings.
